Only closing cost is an appraisal if Needed. The credit union will pay for all the closing cost associated with the loan other than the appraisal.
Loans beyond 5 years have a 5 and 10 year call. The credit union has the possibility of changing the interest rate on your loan at the 5 and 10 year period only.
